FAQs
How many changes can I make on the influencers' draft?
You will have to complete a Campaign Brief Form before the campaign is created. Be precise on the expectation that you have for the content direction and deliverables (include mood board if you have a vision for the influencers posting). Include specific posting requirements that you may also have so that the brief is clear from the start. (language, do’s and don'ts, required hashtags, etc.).
Should there be a need, you will be able to communicate directly with influencers via the messaging feature on the platform. Do not make any major changes to the original brief. Draft changes will be limited to 2x brief realignment and minor changes only.
Can I use the influencer's photos on other platforms?
Yes! You will be allowed to repurpose any content created on the Passionation Platform on your owned social pages/websites indefinitely, and for external remarketing purposes such as Paid Digital Ads, you will have a 3 months grace period, where following that additional charges will apply.
What is the benchmark for a good influencer engagement rate?
The general rule of thumb is that the higher the follower/subscriber count, the lower the engagement rate.
The average engagement rate for Instagram influencers with over 100,000 followers is 1.1%. Influencers with 100,000 followers and below have an average rate of 2.1%. Those with at least 10,000 followers are steady at about 3.6%. Influencers with 5,000 to 10,000 followers have an engagement rate of 6.3% and those with a following of 1,000 to 5,000 have the highest average rate of 8.8%.
What kind of criterias can I layer on when we do selection of influencers?
You can request to include pre-set selection criteria such as age, sex, location (by state) and interest verticals (Fashion, Fitness, Parenting, etc.) at the campaign creation stage when filling out the Campaign Brief From.
Only influencers that fall under your demographic requirements would be able to apply to your campaign. This helps shorten the vetting process when reviewing influencers applications.
